IDYNAMIC is a boutique IT management and advisory firm helping boards, investors, founders, CEOs, and leadership teams make better technology decisions and bring IT delivery under control.
The company was founded in Riga, Latvia in 2004 as an IT and digital delivery company. For thirteen years, IDYNAMIC built and delivered technology projects for enterprise, public sector, and international clients across the Baltics and Europe.
Today, IDYNAMIC focuses on the management and governance layer of IT — where technology decisions affect business outcomes, delivery confidence, compliance, risk, cost, vendors, and executive accountability.
We do not position ourselves as a software engineering vendor. We operate where technology becomes a leadership issue.
IDYNAMIC helps organisations take control of IT delivery, strategy, governance, projects, programmes, vendors, risks, and technology leadership gaps.
We run and oversee IT projects and programmes, assess technology situations, support due diligence, establish governance and portfolio structures, and provide fractional or interim CTO/CIO leadership when senior technology ownership is needed.
Where specialist technical capability is required, we advise on selection and support the sourcing and coordination of trusted specialists or vendors.
IDYNAMIC is practical, independent, and leadership-focused.
Engagements are led personally by senior practitioners with direct experience in the domains they advise on. We work in plain business language, stay close to the leadership agenda, and focus on outcomes that matter to the organisation.
Our role is to bring clarity, structure, control, and accountability to technology situations that are important, complex, or difficult to manage internally.
Sandis founded IDYNAMIC in 2004 and led the firm through thirteen years of technology delivery across the Baltics and Europe.
In 2017, he stepped away from day-to-day IDYNAMIC management to take on senior technology leadership roles in regulated industries. Over the following years, he held Head of IT and technology governance roles across banking, financial services, and telecoms — managing IT organisations, leading compliance programmes, overseeing vendor transitions, and driving technology transformation in complex environments.
He returned to lead IDYNAMIC with a clear focus: helping leadership teams understand, control, and improve technology situations that matter to the business. Sandis works directly with clients on every engagement.
